With 23 years experience practicing law in Wisconsin, Greg is a valuable asset to the Wessel, Lehker and Fumelle legal team.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1981 and Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1986. He is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit. Academic honors included American Jurisprudence Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Dean’s List.
Professional memberships Greg maintains include the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Dane County Bar Association. He served the Community of Sun Prairie for seven years as Chairperson of the City Board of Zoning Appeals and three years on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where he also chaired the Government Affairs Committee.
Much of Greg’s current focus and strength is in the area of Family Law. He successfully assists clients with divorce, separation, paternity, child support, child custody and child placement matters. He regularly attends educational seminars in Family Law.
Greg has extensive trial and appellate experience including Wisconsin Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals. He is proficient in all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.
In his real estate practice, Greg represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions as well as zoning and land use cases.
Furthermore, Greg provides legal assistance to debtors and creditors in areas of collections, bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law.
